    Sometimes, that requires honesty, and full discussions to reconcile points of view. Always, it takes effort for us to describe (and for you to read!) the full extent of a plan's impact across a business. In all of these cases, we think these efforts are more productive than miscommunications & split vision.

    In other words, being 'responsible to people' must include individuals we've never met. We have full conviction that practicing this empathy benefits us all.

I founded Smaller Apple once I recognized two things — a need for humanity in marketing, and where my own fire for the industry springs from. At root, it’s making things for & with people that animates this work for me.
